Leslie I got a bottle yesterday and started them this morning.   I do think that I can already tell a difference.  I did not want to snack as much today.  I will let you know in a few days how it is going.

For those of you that want to go on our annual Bama WLS Cruise you still have time to sign up and go.  We will be leaving out of Jacksonville, Fla on February 18th, 2012 for The Bahamas.  Ports of calls will be Freeport and Nassua.  This year we will be able to take in some of the night life of Nassue as we will be in port until 10PM.  If interested send me a message and I will get you the info.  I always have a blast and this is a good time to get away after all the cold we have that time of the year and enjoy some nice sunny warm weather.
