Thanks girl! I worked from home today on my presentation I have to do in Nashville next week....45 pages! I had to make some index cards....there is no way I can memorize this thing!!

B2-Cytomax Tangerine Protein drink. 40 grams of protein in 20fl oz!! i couldnt quite drink it all, but it was good!
L-1/4 chicken white meat, steamed broccoli, few bites of baked beans
S-caramel apple parfait from mcdonalds (please avoid these, they are GOOD!)
D-protein shake and cheese stick if needed.
if it quits raining i'll take the dog for a walk tonight!

we're gonna go see Colt Ford Friday night and maybe go to the shrimpfest saturday but that'll probably be it. I dont care much for shrimpfest i just reallllly love the beach. We're staying in Orange Beach so we dont have to be right in the middle of chaos!!!

I hope so! My clothes do fit fine, but I feel "puffy" in the middle.....I suspect I might be having some lovely early menopause symptoms too.....and we all know those dang hormones will make us fatter!
I'm keeping on with the exercising though and being a bit more careful about mindless eating!!

Mornin all! The Fall nip is in the air. I love this time of year. I can ride with the top down on the car and not break a sweat! Hiking is right around the corner!!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 slice ww toast with PB and banana (wasn't very hungry)
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-salad from McAlisters
S-Del Monte Fruit naturals fruit cup
S-Chobani yogurt
D-pork chops, cauliflower, tomato and cucumber salad, asparagus ( a few bites of each of the veggies)
Dessert-coffee?
Exercise: Tonight is running night...the breast cancer run is Saturday!
**last night I thought I was having pork chops but found out when I got home we'd committed to eating spaghetti and meatballs at a friends house...so tonight I'll cook yesterday's pork chops....the veggies are all little bowls of leftovers that need to get eaten.

B: 1 scrambled egg with ham, 1/2 bagel thin
B2: same as B1....just 2.5 hrs later!
L: 3 oz. baked chicken
D: 3 oz. grilled franks, 3 bites choc. cake
D2: Protein Bar
S: dannon lite and fit diabetic friendly vanilla yogurt
Exercise: None today. Cleaned and scrubbed my balcony from top to bottom and worked up a sweat b4 work! Getting in 4 miles of walking tonight at work.....but not to the point of sweating or getting my heart rate up!
