Topic: these vitamins are killin' me!!
 So, i've started taking some vitamins. mainly multi vitamin and Super B complex. My problem....They are the stinkinest pills i've ever had to take. Centrum Womens isnt really as bad but the B complex....i throw up almost every day. even after i take it im sick to my stomach. not from anything except the smell/taste.

anyone else have this problem.

 Well, its Wednesday already!! Doesnt feel like it to me since I was off Monday. 

Its really cold and i HATE cold weather, but i'll learn to manage i guess.

B-1/2c cottage cheese w/ NSA peach cup
L-1/4 chicken white meat (breast) with cabbage and steamed veggies. 
S-protein shake
D-?? something from Applebees going to eat with my mom/stepdad/ and J!!

Wont be exercising but i WILL walk tomorrow. Its a must.

got in my multivitamin and my bcomplex and lots of water/unsweet tea/coffee

Topic: Serotonin Weight Loss
I am trying to avoid the surgery path.  Has anyone tried this.  It looks like serotonin supplements and phentermine.  Just wondering if there has been any success.

 I got back from the beach last night, very nice trip except we both felt sick to our stomachs the entire time. Glad to be back home!

B-BSN lean desserts protein shake made w/ water
S-Atkins advantage strawberry protein shake
L-buffalo chicken salad from Subway, pickles, tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers, ranch.
S-protein shake
D-cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches.

i've really got to go the grocery store for something quick to eat at night and to bring for lunches. Sundays are my grocery shopping day and well we were at the beach. SO we'll probably live off what we have at the house til this coming Sunday.

I'll be walking the track tonight IF it doesnt rain bc its calling for it to get nasty soon.

 I had to have an iron infusion after my bypass. June 20,2011 bypass I felt very tired and had infusion 10/16/2011. Im still weak and tired and I want to know how long does it take for the iron to make me feel better>           janet

Today is my Friday too!  I am so used to working weekends this is a treat for me.  I am off to Portland, OR to visit my BF from high school.   I will be back Tues night!

B:  3 strips turkey bacon, 1 slice toast, 1 boiled egg
S:  Coffee and handful of grapes
L:  Nothing
D1:  Cheeseburger with extra pickles from McD's
S:  piece of strawberry cake....I made one and brought to work for Breast Cancer Awareness
D2:  Protein Bar


Exercise:  Didn't make the time. Busy cleaning house and packing for my trip!

Looks like we made it!  Yeay Friday!  We've got quite a bit of traveling going on....Hillary is at the beach, and Leslie is about to go out of town....I am off to Nashville Tuesday for work, then the following Saturday off to the Smoky mountains for a few days of fun hiking!!  We may not get back to regular daily posts until the 27th, so if anyone wants to do it, please feel free.

Did you weigh today?  I'm still up a few....but I'm not worried.  I am being mindful of what I'm eating and I need to ramp up my exercise again....I have missed some workouts due to a busy schedule.  I'm excited about the Breast Cancer run tomorrow and then I have another 5K on Wednesday next week at the conference I'm attending for work.

I hope everyone has a great weekend, and for those traveling, travel safely and enjoy your time away.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Dlights breakfast bagel
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-grapes
S-Chobani
D-salmon and green beans

Dessert-none because I'll have a ****tail tonight

L:   3 oz. turkey ham, mustard and baby spinach on whole wheat toast

D:  3 oz BBQ pork, 1 chicken tender, bite of steamed broccoli
D2:  1 chicken tender, few bites mashed potatoes

Exercise:  No time today.  Today is my monday at work and I did house cleaning and pre-packing for my trip to Portland Sat. morning!

Almost the weekend!  I went shopping last night at Belk.  I am not hung up on labels, and only buy clothes that fit comfortably.  I don't really care what the number in the label is!

It astounds me how off sizing is.  This is really a pain because you don't even know where to begin when grabbing things to try on!  Last night I bought a dress size 6 petite........okay, I am so not a 6, and in dresses, never a petite.  It was on the $9.99 clearance rack so I gave it a try.  Then, I needed jeans.  I currently have jeans in size 6 and 8.  The 6's are somewhat uncomfortable and really show the muffin top, so I started with an 8 and a 10.  The 8 was too tight.  The 10 was tighter!  Yes, the LARGER size was tighter.  The 12 fit perfectly so that is what I bought.

I found clothes in the plus world a bit more "true to size".  Shopping is a pain in the butt because you have to haul 50 things to the dressing room for a possible fit of 2 or 3.  Oh!  and I bought boots, and they FIT MY CALVES.  Now I should say BARELY FIT MY CALVES.  But they do fit, they are comfortable, cute and were on sale!

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine spaghetti and meatballs
S-Del Monte fruit naturals fruit cup
S-Chobani
D-salmon and veggies

Dessert-not sure, probably a couple cookies or some sugar free ice cream bar

Exercise today:  Gotta run.  If it is raining I'll use the "dreadmill".
