Weigh in day!  I'm still the same.  Overall, up 10 lbs from my absolute lowest weight, but my clothes still fit the same so I'm chalking it up to a bit of bounce and some muscle gain.

I do have to "shut the pie hole" and stop nibbling on candy.....oh, the holidays are upon us!  I've also been lazy this week......I attribute that to the shorter days and colder weather.  I forced myself to run on the "dreadmill" last night and I'm glad I did.  That is the hard part about maintenance....you get really comfortable in your new size/clothes, but I get a bit ****y and want to sit on the couch by the fireplace and read instead of exercising.  I do have to force myself to do it sometimes, but I'm always glad I did once I'm done.  I know that even though I've been a regular exerciser since August 2008, it would only take a few weeks of skipping workouts to completely get out of the habit.  I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!

Eats today:
B1-3/4 of a Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bagel
S-slim jim
L-grilled chicken sandwich at Chili's
S-Chobani
S-apple
D-grilled steak and salad

Dessert-none since I'll have a ****tail this evening

I've got to make pralines tonight and a pot of seafood gumbo for our church's rummage sale tomorrow.  Then we are going to a friend's house to watch the game (GEAUX TIGERS).  Sunday we have a reception after church since the Bishop is visiting.....busy weekend!

I will run tomorrow morning and Sunday do yoga. If I commit to it in writing here, I feel like I must follow thru!  Have a great weekend!!

I've been so proud of myself, I havent touched a bite of Jaydens Halloween candy, or any that we've had at work. I am of the belief that a little bit in moderation doesnt kill you so your ok! i just on the other hand cant stop with moderation when it comes to candy.

B-pumpkin spice blended coffee protein shake
L-1/2 chopped chicken cobb salad and cup of tomato soup from Panera-- i didnt finish all the soup but man it was good!
S-1/2c cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches
D-protein shake of some sort.

lots of water and unsweet tea for me. all my vites. i WONT exercise as its RAINING and i just want to be lazy lol (can you come kick me in the rear and start me on a good exercise program hehe)

Well I never did go run last night....got stuck at work, then had to go to the grocery...so I will run tonight!!  I better run....I've been in the Fall candy bowl too much!  Damn that M&M company for making Fall colored M&Ms!

B1-cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast
B2-Kashi bar
L-pulled pork and potato salad
S-Chobani
S-banana
S-grapes
D-salmon and steamed veggies

Today is my Friday and I am sooooo ready to start my vacation.  

B:  None.....lab work/Dr. appt.
L:  turkey sandwich with cheese and spinach on Whole Wheat bread, 1 baby dill pickle
S:  coffee
D:  getting ready to eat......salad with diced ham and black pepper cheese

Feeling drained as I have been having blood sugar issues.  Will try to snack tonight.  Brought an apple and some p-nut butter.

im loving this weather too. its a little chilly in the mornings when im out feeding/playing with Elvis but the daytime is SO nice!!!

I am loving this Fall weather!  Don't forget time changes this weekend--we get an extra hour, but it will be dark when we go home from work now.........which means weekday runs will be in the basement on the "dreadmill".  I'm going to run on my outdoor path today when I get home and then off to Publix for groceries.

D-not sure...DH is out of town so I'll eat somethng light

B:  1 c. oats with raisins and sliced almonds
L:   few slices smoked cheddar with sea salt crackers, 1/2 red plum, and Trop 50 OJ
D1:  baked pork chop, steamed broccoli
D2: same as D1!
S:   protein bar

Exercise:  No time for that!  lol   Started packing for another trip.  Leaving for VA Thursday then flying to FL on Sunday!  BUSY BUSY BUSY
