Good Morning! it is very weird going home in the dark. I too went to bed at 9 instead of 10, but whatever. I have been waking up every few hours tho, so im sure i need the extra rest.

B-SF white chocolate mocha protein shake
S-n/a
L-pick2 from Panera. Tomato soup and chicken cobb salad w/ LR.
S-if needed i brought a turkey cheese roll up.
D-some kind of shake, i love mixing them up!

No exercise for me tonight, i've got to do some work in the house!

It was so wierd going home in the dark yesterday!  My sleep clock is off and I'm currently going to bed at 9:00 instead of 10!  Oh well, I'm just gonna go with it and see what happens.

Yesterday I booked a 12 day Alaskan cruisetour (5 day land, 7 sea) for September 2012.  I cannot wait to take this trip!!  My husband and I have dreamed of doing this and now we are finally going to be able to!! 

DH and I worked out together last night.  I guess he's already getting in shape for the cruise!  It was nice to have a workout buddy....my DD has bailed on me since she lost some lbs/inches for the wedding!

Today's eats:
B1-1/2 slice ww toast with PB and banana
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers Ziti and meat sauce
S-Chobani
S-pear
D-pork chops and corn

Dessert-coffee, and probably a couple cookies

Exercise:  DH and I will do yoga tonight

I'll do the elliptical for 30 minutes. I have sold it but she hasnt came to pick it up so i guess i'll use it! LOL

I hope everyone had a great weekend....in spite of THAT game.....for me, I was happy with the outcome....being a Louisiana girl, I do pull for LSU AND Alabama (my kids went there) but when they play each other, I bleed purple and gold!

DH and I went running yesterday....awesome running weather.  We didn't get to go Saturday because we volunteered to work the church rummage sale and I had to cook gumbo for that.  Then I had to make pralines to take to the party we went to Saturday night....so Saturday was busy and we did not work out.

Tonight I'll do P90X arms and shoulders (my fave workout) and the ab 200 workout.

Eats today:

B1-3/4 Jimmy Dean D-lights breakfast bagel sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-leftover spaghetti and meat sauce
S-Chobani
S-pear
D-not sure.....forgot to take something out!!  Maybe salad with baked chicken fingers....

Dessert-a couple girl scout cookies

Good Morning! im down 4lbs this week. I started the body by vi system last Wednesday and am down a total of 7lbs!

Tonight we'll be going to the steakhouse in Moulton which is FANTASTIC, im so excited,we dont get there often!

B-caramel coffee protein shake
S-1/2 cottage cheese, NSA peaches
L-butterfinger protein shake--my fave!
S-cheese stick
D-grilled chicken or steak, steamed veggies and the salad bar.

I'll have lunch 3 times next week from that meal!
