I really try not to think about food and exercise every day. I even stopped logging all my food every day with the exception of this post. I've settled in at the same weight/size for a year and a half now, so unless I start gaining (Heaven forbid!) I'll keep doing what I'm doing. I'm also more relaxed about my exercise. I still workout at least 4 times a week, up to 6 if I can, but I'm not freaking out when I have to miss a workout due to life. I've changed enough things so that I'm active in my normal day, so missing a workout will NOT result in my regaining 175 lbs!!
I hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday and I hope you don't stress over every little thing. Enjoy the day, the people and yes, even the food. Some of these foods are only prepared for this special day--take a few bites! This process is about living life to the fullest, and that includes food. Compensate with moving your body more! You didn't gain all the weight from one day of indulging, and you wont regain it either from one day!
Today's eats:
B1-1 slice ww toast with sliced hard boiled egg
B2-chicken breast
L-a few bites of all the Thanksgiving food we are having at our luncheon today
S-(as if I'll need one!!) Chobani
D-salmon and veggies
Dessert-maybe a couple ginger snaps and coffee

Worked all weekend...busy.
Not able to eat a lot today. Not sure why but just can't hold it and also have no appetite.
B: water and ????? 1/2 c. coffee
L: 1 c. salad with baked chicken in it
D: Protein Bar
S: I hope I will feel like eating later on tonight....I have more salad leftover.
Exercise: None :( Even lazy at work this evening. Hope to get up early and begin my walks again. I need an energy boost in the worst way!

I am trying to be "perfect" with my eating this week since I know I'll overdo it on Thursday-I'm going to get several runs in and cardio this week for the calorie burn. Good news is that I'm going to a friend's house so I wont have all the leftovers to deal with!

Exercise: Only at work. So thankful I have an active job that allows me to get in lots of walking!
Hello Tammy I did have medicaid and it paid for my surgery and everything.
Had to bring all the leftover baked goodies from a party last night to the office so I wont eat them! I baked a praline pumpkin cheesecake and a chocolate cherry torte and made some pralines....now everyone is having the leftovers for breakfast at the office!!
I weighed today...same ole same ole-which is good!!

D-not sure-something with ground beef....that is what is thawing!
Exercise-I SHOULD, but I wont, it is Friday. I will run 4-5 miles tomorrow and I'll do weights on Sunday.
B: 4 crackers with p-nut butter, 1/2 banana
S: Coffee
L: 1/2 c. Trop 50 OJ, 3 slices deli ham, 1 slice bread, 1 slice FF cheese
D: 2 grilled ribs, 3 bites grilled fish, few bites baked beans, 3 bites potatoe salad, 1 bite cole slaw
S: 2 bites sweet potatoe pie, 1 baked chicken leg
(Had dinner from BBQ at work this evening!)
No exercise for me today. Simply exhausted from Dr. tests and work this week.

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast (eating it now!)
L-Going out-Superior grill-probably a taco because I know I'll get into the cheese dip and salsa

D-some nibbles at a jewelry party I'm hosting
No exercise today because I'm having the party tonight.
