At this point, no-don't worry about calories...it is about protein and hydration.

And yes, the sensation of full and hunger do return.....enjoy while it is gone.

My thing is when I eat something like you said I really don't get a feeling of being full.  I am so worried about eating to much or not eating enough.  Will the fullness sensation eventually happen?  In the beginning what tips could you provide me that made it easier?  Did/Do you log what you eat?  I hear so much about the protein intake should I also focus on calories too?

When I was eating the mushy phase, I ate:

scrambled egg with cheese (1 egg)
refried beans with some salsa, sour cream and grated cheese (probably around 1/4 cup)
tuna, chicken or shrimp salad-prepared with onion, mayo and relish and processed in the magic bullet (around 1/4 cup)
Greek yogurt
Sugar Free Pudding

When you are early out, you wont know if you are full so it is best to measure out what your dietician recommends as a portion and only eat that amount.

As for vitamins, this is what I take: (I am currently taking extra D because mine has dropped in the last 6 months)

B12 Nasal Spray-once a week

Morning
2 stool softeners
1 Bariatric Advantage multi chewable
1 dry D3 chewable 1000iu
1 B super complex (non chewable)
2 calcium citrate (non chewable)

Lunch
2 calcium citrate (non chewable)
1 dry D3 chewable 1000iu

Around 7:00 p.m.
1 Bariatric Advantage multi chewable
1 Bariatric Advantage iron chewable
1 vitamin C (non chewable)

Bedtime
2 calcium citrate (non chewable)
1 dry D3 chewable 1000iu
1 vitamin C (non chewable)

I was sleeved on the 13th and doing good. I went yesterday for my post-op appointment. Doc said everything was going good with me. I have lost 13.3 pounds since the 13th. The gastric sleeve diet is pretty much like the gastric bypass diet.  I can now start eating mushies. However, I feel lost. I need all the help I can get:

Will someone please give me a sample diet plan of what you ate during this time?
Also, how much food should be ate at each meal? How do you know when you are full and to stop eating?
If you have any good blogs or websites that offer meal plan examples or any type of vsg help that would be extremly helpful.
What all vitamins are you taking? Can you provide your vitamin "schedule," as to when you take them? Also, what brand of vitamins do you all recommend?

Thanks so much in advance for all your help with this. I feel kind of lost and clueless about what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, what vitamins to take, and when to take them.

Any help would be GREAT!
