Lots of water, have a Challenge Party tonight so no exercise.

This week is short, but man is it dragging!

B1-Jimmy Dean DLight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Chunky Healthy Request sirloin burger soup and lo fat ritz crackers
S-clementine
S-Chobani
S-(pre workout) a few ritz with colby cheese
D-leftover roast and potatoes
Dessert-s/f pudding cup
Not sure what exercise will be tonight.....but I'll be in the basement. Can't wait for Spring and time change!!

I work with Dr. Dewitt a lot, and I think the world of him. VERY talented and caring guy. In fact, I had a relative consult with him this fall re. a gastric sleeve procedure.

Im glad i popped in today to see that Chobani was 10for10. Does that start today and go til next wednesday? i forget how Publix ad runs. I need to check out the Lean Cuisines too. which ones do you eat the most??

Topic: Hump Day! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??
Publix penny item day! So that means I'm off to the grocery after work. Chobani is 10 for 10 this week which is a great deal, and Lean Cuisines are 5 for 10.....I love the beginning of the year when all the good food is on sale-stock up time!
I did not get to do P90X2 last night because I rode to work with my DD and she had to go to the doc in the box after work-so tonight I will do that workout.

L-Marie Callender frozen dinner

I really commend you for your dedication to exercise! That is the area I struggle with most. I start then stop. Start then stop. So thank you for your motivation. I use the cold weather as an excuse for all months between Oct-March! lol

Happy New Year! it is still odd to me that I can go through a holiday season without the dreaded 10 lb weight gain and then the ever so effective New Year's resolution to lose that 10 plus another 100 or so..........
I made it through the holidays and did not feel deprived because I ate/drank whatever I wanted. I tasted the things I wanted to taste, and had my share of holiday ****tails. I also didn't give up my exercise program which helps forgive many sins. I still feel "puffy" though....no weight gain but just some general puffiness feeling due to too much rich food over the holidays. I'm actually excited about getting back into my rather boring eating routine and upping the exercise a bit (only did 4-5 days a week during Nov/Dec....now I'll go back to 6 days a week).
I am hoping the winter stays generally mild as it has been nice running weather. Friday I took my grandpuppy running and I wore a tank top.....of course yesterday I had on two jackets, a hat and gloves! All in all, I'd much rather get outside to run than to be closed up in the basement on the treadmill.
FYI-the new season of The Biggest Loser starts tonight.
Yesterday went running with DH-it was sooo cold, and windy! First 2 miles were okay...wind at my back....coming back-brutal. Wind in my face...and the cold just biting. I prefer to run in the heat of the summer any day!
Tonight I'll do P90X2 arms and abs...before I watch TBL. I feel guilty if I watch TBL without working out first!

My husbands was sent in on the 16th, his approval letter was dated the 19th, and we got the letter on Christmas Eve, so I am crossing my fingers and toes hoping we get my letter by this weekend. I keep telling myself to be patient and not to ru**** but I am just SO ready for this new life to start!!!!
