This is ALL for the entire year?  So disappointed.

I was a Tab girl until August 2008 when I gave up carbonation in prep for the new lifestyle.  I've tried a sip here and there of soda, but the fizz really gets to me.

One a day probably wont hurt you, but if you are really addicted to them, you should try to give it up all together.  You can do it!!

Good Morning Debbie.  Oh do I know what you are talking about.  I was hooked on McDonalds sweet tea.  I have quit making tea at home, even tho I used decaf tea.  I buy bottled water it just has a different taste than tap water.  I drink 4 16 oz bottles ever day.  You can do it.  Keep up the good work.

The only support i have done is here on OH.  I have never been to any meetings.  My Dr. In Alabaster has meetings i think the 2nd Thursday of the month. i will have to get that back out and look to when because dates and places have changed.  I know they used to have Support Group Meetings at the Doster Center in Prattville.

Thanks.  I know alot of people in the Montgomery and Prattville area that have had the surgery and they either dont want to talk about it or never lost the weight anddont want to talk about it.  I usually meet our Bama Board Family in Birmingham a couple times a year.  We are working on getting together in the Prattville -Montgomery area in the next month or so.  But if you would like to get together with me and go shopping or walking or meet for lunch just let me know.  I know there are some SUpport group meetings in the area but im checking on those.
