A band group meets the first Thursday of the month at 5 pm at Hsv Hospital Wellness center on Govenors, I've attended it for quite sometime as long as I'm in town. (I one of the original band mentors of the group). Welcome to Huntsville - I've lived here for almost 12 years.

I tend to eat at the same places too, but I'll try one new place on this trip....and I'll report back to ya.
Take care of yourself and give yourself some rest time to get better. I know several people with the upper/lower resp illnesses right now.

I know, my baby is growing up so fast!! I am taking this pregnancy as SLOW as possible cause after this lil one, we are done. (tear) but at the same time, im excited cause I will EVENTUALLY get my body back and can go for the TT that I have been wanting!!

I am SO jealous about your trip to the Gulf. We're not going until July and its killing me! Let me know where ya eat at while down there, seems i go to the same places over and over.
I just got back from the dr and its safe to say i feel like death!
B-1 boiled egg 1/4c cottage cheese
L-fried cheese bites
D-boiled egg and hamburger patty
i just started a "diet" today and i've already screwed up. Dr said i needed to eat before taking my meds but to get my meds in as quickly as possible, he thinks i have pnuemonia and doesnt want it to get me down so bad. So since Zaxbys is right next door i went and thats the only thing that sounded good. i only got a side which is like 6 but still no good. made me sick.
oh well tomorrow is a new day and i'll eat strictly protein since thats my new "diet"

I hope everyone had a happy Easter weekend and didn't do too much damage with the candy! I had my fair share.
Today's eats:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-3 oz grilled chicken breast
L-leftovers from yesterday--some collards, and a grilled beef tenderloin kabob and a few baked sweet potato fries
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
S-a few cheese and crackers before I run
D-red beans with sausage and ham
Exercise: gonna do my 4 mile run with my grand puppy tonight...this weather is gonna go nuts again over the next couple days so this might be my only chance for an outside workout.
DH and I are headed to Gulf Shores this weekend for some R&R in the sun and some good seafood!!!

It is so good to hear from you! Congrats on school and the new addition to the family! Seems like yesterday we were getting pregnancy updates on Claudia and now she's almost a year old! You are truly blessed.

I haven't visited the Alabama board in quite some time! I have been busy to say the least. I am finally finishing up my last semester at the junior college, was accepted into the Sr. College! (I only have two years left woot! 
)
Claudia is almost 10 months old, and growing like a little weed! She has 3 teeth, is crawling, and trying her best to keep me moving ALL DAY LONG! Who needs an exercise routine...just have a baby! LOL
We are pleased to announce, we are expecting our second (post op) child Nov. 8th 2011. Couldnt be more thrilled.
