Hey chick!  Good to see you!  You can do it-- I know ball park time is so hard....I remember it well.

Lately I've been grilling chicken breasts over the weekend and keeping them in ziplock bags in the fridge for quick grab snacks....it has really helped me get my protein in.

Keep us posted on your progress!  You can do it!!

Good Morning. Things have been SO hectic around here, im ready for them to slow down!! My eatings have been garbage lately between mcdonalds and the ballfield, eat and run crap. Im making a conscious effort to change that and hopefully drop 15lbs before our Beach trip July 1st. Im motivated, something i havent been in quite a while.

This is what i have timed/planned for today. we'll see

B 6:30-1sl boars head buffalo chicken 1cheddar cheese stick
S 8:45-cookies and cream protein shake made w/ water
L 12-4oz of chicken salad 1c of salad w/tomato, brocc, cauliflower, carrots and cheese 1tbsp ranch dressing.
S 3:30-4oz of fajita meat chicken from Tyson.
D 6-Protein shake

We have a ballgame tonight, 45 mins away, and we have to be there at 630 so i'll just grab a shake from work to drink sometime before the game. Thats the only time i'll be thrown off today.

We should be home abt 930 so i'll try to get on the elliptical for 20 mins and do my arm weights.

Hi Sabrina.  Just want to say congratulations on your surgery and the weight loss.   I am almost 8 years out and would do it all over again, that is if the same person could do it.     I see that you also used Dr. Freeman.   If you live in or around the Anniston area I would like to invite you to our support group.   New Beginnings meet each month on the third Tuesday at 6PM at Dr. Freemans office.  The next meeting will be this coming Tuesday.   Hope that you can make it Tuesday.
