Had a great weekend....ran 4 miles Saturday and then did P90X yesterday. Arms/abs are sore so I guess I did some good--I went up to 20 lb free weights for my arms on some exercises.
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-3 oz chicken breast
L-banana, Lean Cuisine pepperoni pizza
S-Chobani cherry yogurt
S-Kashi bar
D-1/2 cup pasta and 1 cup meat sauce
Dessert-s/f jello with pineapple and cool whip
Tonight DD and I will do P90X legs and back

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-3 oz chicken breast
L-banana, Lean Cuisine pepperoni pizza
S-Chobani cherry yogurt
S-Kashi bar

I long for the day i get up and weigh the same as usual, on the lower side of things lol.
I weighed this morning. Down 6lbs this week. Im way beyond estatic because im not "dieting" im just making better choices that i should have been making all along. my goal is 10lbs a month so lets hope i keep on making good choices and exercising.
I did arm weights last night. i think all the weight ive gained has went to my arms, they are HUGE. i'll be hitting the elliptical tonight for 20mins and doing arm weights.

This has been a long week! I ended up not exercising last night because DD had a migrane, so tonight we'll do the arms/shoulders/ab workout before we sit on the back porch and have our ****tail!! I weighed this morning--same as usual!

B2-3 oz rotissiere chicken
L-soup/crackers, banana
S-strawberries
S-Chobani lemon yogurt
D-steak baked sweet potato

Monday night when we were sitting at the ballfield in layers, wrapped up in jackets and blankets i said i wouldnt complain once about the hot weather bc it shouldnt be that cold in MAY!!!! so i'll have to keep my word!
My stomach is still really upset from last night. Me and porkchops dont get along and havent since surgery but i still keep tryin to cook them and they almost always sit hard in my pouch. well i still feel like i have a rock in my pouch this morning.
B-atkins advantage protein shake
L-hamburger patty, pintos, slaw
D-baked tilapia w/ a veggie.
2 qts of SF fruit punch hopefully if my pouch will agree.
At almost 6 years out i would have never thought i'd still get that stuck feeling. its miserable. I wont be eating porkchops again this time.

We certainly should be enjoying this mild weather as the hundred degree days will be here before you know it. I actually had to wear a jacket last night on our walk.

D2: 2 c. spinach salad with 3 oz. steak, few banana pepper rings, celery chunks, and 1/4 c. pecans
S: Handful of nuts, 6 RF crackers with P-nut butter
S2: Dannon Fit and Lite Diabetic friendly yogurt
I am trying to get back to more protein. I had strayed for a bit but weight is stable. Trying to tone up for that beach body that I desperately want!

Went running last night with DD and grand-dog.....I thought the path where we run was 4 miles round trip (there are no markers on it)...well, DD had her C25K program which tracks distance...when she got close to the end and met up with me and GD....she informed me at that point it was already 3.5 miles.....and we still had to go all the way back....which means I've been running at least 7 miles in an hour!! No wonder I'm so beat when I get done.....I guess I am now ready for a 10K!!

B1-1/2 cup cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice steamer, Chicken marinara, banana

D-roasted chicken from Publix, corn on the cob

Exercise: we are walking my 'hood tonight....it is only 3 miles (I've driven it) and hilly--we speed walk it and the hills really get the backside hurting!!

Hilary--try to let go of that diet mentality. EVERYTHING is okay to eat....take away the "sin" stigma and nothing seems as tempting. Allow yourself to have whatever you want in moderation, and I promise you'll be okay.
When you overdo it, spend more time on the elliptical. You can do this! I am so proud of you--now go get a yummy 6 in sub!!
