May 21st was a year just over 100 lbs off now, anyone have any luck getting insurance help with the stomach and or upper thigh skin removed??? Anthem BCBS????
I am also down 5 lbs. so I lost the 3 I gained on vacation plus 2 more! I think I have sweated it off!
B: scrambled egg with spinach, cheese, and onion, 1/2 toasted bagel, 2 slices turkey bacon
S: Coffee
L: 1 serving Cream of Wheat
S: 3 deli slices turkey ham with mustard, handful of chips
D: Same as breakfast! I brought leftovers to work!
S: Dannon Diabetic Friendly FIt and LIte Yogurt, slice of cheese, 6 saltine crackers
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-left over grilled steak/pork chop
L-Salad and grilled chicken breast
S-fruit salad
S-Chobani pineapple
D-salmon and veggies
Dessert--NSA ice cream bar

Yes I do know who he is...My mom said they have started having the camp meeting at the Metropolitan COG, I have been a member of the UPCI church for about 15 years. My mother still plays Piano at her church and I still have a lot of family and friends in the COG. If I didn't have such a tight schedule I would surely love to attend. Enjoy and tell me all about it. I may have to see if it makes it on you tube.

Supper was delish. Jill and I ate earlier and Christian has turned his little nose up at everything I've tried to get him to eat except for cheese and some goldfish. He ate a sausage biscuit for breakfast while his Papa and I took turns with therapy and chiropractic visits. Our old backs can't take all this squirming and flipping and a floppin' from this 3 year old, Either he's gonna have to sleep in his bed or I am. LOL He has been running FULL BLAST all day and I AM BEAT. Took him to play with neighbor kids awhile ago and they played outside for a bit, but it is just too dang HOT. I think we are going to go to the water park tomorrow so we can stay a little cool. We just love that place. Can't wait for the free movies to start up next week either. Cool, dark and free. WOW.....
About the Spyder.....well....what can I say....some people have to morals or cuth. LOL

Your supper sounds delish. Wish I did not have to cook but it looking more and more like hot dogs and hamburgers this afternoon. I started a new med Friday and my foot has been hurting something horrendious. It hurt so bad last night I thought that I would cry, but this is a new and different pain. Anyways waiting on the doctor to call about the new meds.
Finished with PT today now for the pool ever day to get some brown on these legs and arms. I am so ready for vacation.
I know about being on a roll. I was about ready Friday to say something to nosey people. If they want to see what my Spyder looks like and wants to know what the tag stands for just ask me.
