Last night I was on fire!  I got home from work, went to the grocery, unloaded the groceries, went back to the store for a refund on a overcharge, baked a pineapple upside down cake for DH to take to work today, make homemade salsa, did the dishes, made dinner, ran 4 miles and watched The King's Speech (very good movied).  I really accomplished a lot, and once again was amazed at my energy level.

Today's eats:

B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bagel
B2-grilled chicken (3 oz)
L-WW Pizza, nectarine
S-salsa/chips
S-Oikos honey yogurt
D-leftover spaghetti/meatsauce, cucumber tomato salad

Dessert-SF pudding??  a couple oreos?  not sure which

Exercise--cutting grass tonight so I'll get my sweat on!!

Have a great day!

Louise sure does need to go but Louise is hoping to be in Missouri in October visiting brother in law and family.  It does sound like a lot of fun and sure wish I could but it does not look promising this time.  I just have to much going on in October.  If it was in the spring it would have been so much better for me.  Maybe we need to try an do a dinner in the fall.

Hi Emily!  I had GBS September, 2005.  I would do it over and over again.  I have lost a total of 133 pounds since the beginning of my journey.  I have had little problems...only when I did not chew or when I over ate.  If you follow your doctor's instructions and be faithful to your protein, water, and vitamins you will do well.   I wish you all the best!!!!
