Good to see you back! I love the new pic.
It keeps me honest when I post here because I feel like I'll let yall down if I don't do what I say I'm going to do! I am much more lenient on the weekends and do not journal then. M-F I try to stick with what I write down and for the most part, I do. It isn't always easy and it is comforting to know yall are out there for me in the same boat as me!

you always do so good! i read your food everyday but dont post lol. i'll try to get better at this. i do better with my eating when i plan and write it down. lately ive just been too ashamed of the "junk".

TGIF! I'm STILL tired from the weekend. Went running last night....this heat is killing me! My poor grand-dog really didn't want to do the last 2 miles.
Weighed today. On the upper side of my 5 lb range, so I guess I better curb the "extras"....had some rich food over the weekend so I guess it caught up with me!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Grilled chicken
L-Lean Cuisine pizza, watermelon
S-Chobani
D-grilled steak, corn
Dessert-none, since it it Friday and I'll have a ****tail this evening.
No exercise today-Friday is rest day for me. Tomorrow I'll run and cut grass, Sunday I'll do weights. Have a great weekend!

Very busy day for me! Kim, thank you for doing these daily accountabilities! They help keep me on track!
B: 1/2 egg mcmuffin, unsweet tea
L: small hamburger, small diet coke....at the zoo b4 work!
D1: slice toast, 3 oz. grilled steak, salad
D2: same as D1
S: 6 pnut butter with crackers, fresh peach
S2: handful of almonds, 1/3 of a banana
Exercise: 20 min of yoga stretches.
B: 1/2 egg mcmuffin, unsweet tea

D: 1/2 slice of chicken quesdilla, 3 pieces shrimp
S: Same as Dinner
S: Powerade Zero and a SF Browine

Last night I thought I was going to faint when I was running. It was so hot and muggy--I felt like I was running under water. I had to run a bit then walk a bit. The last mile I ran all the way because I was being chased by a thunderstorm....didn't feel up to getting struck by lightning! I swear it isn't worth it to miss 4 days of working out in a row....getting back to it is brutal!
Eats today:
B1-1 slice ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
B2-6 oz chicken breast
L-burger patty (cooked at home) and 1/2 c spaghetti with a few tbsp marinara sauce
S-Chobani
S-Del Monte naturals fruit cup
D-3 oz salmon and 1/2 cup corn
Dessert-frozen fruit bar
Exercise: P90X shoulders and arms

EVERYONE'E BODY IS SO DIFFERENT I HAD THE BAND AND IF I COULD DO IT OVER I WOULD GO WITH THE BYPASS! BUT I KNOW AT LEAST 5 PEOPLE THAT HAS HAD THE BAND AND LOVE IT. ITS SO CRAZY HOW OUR BODY CAN REACT SO DIFFERENTLY TO THINGS. I'M NOT SAYING IF I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE AND THE DOCTOR SAT ME DOWN AND SAID LOOK IF WANT SOMETHING DONE IT HAS TO BE THE LAP BAND OR NOTHING I WOULD DO IT AGAIN THATS FOR SURE. I HAVE LOST 90LBS SINCE LAST MAY BUT SOME DAYS HAVE BEEN ROUGH

I hope everyone had a great weekend! We spent ours in New Orleans and oh it was too hot! Had a great time with great food and great company!
