Topic: Hot, Hot Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
OMG it is hot.  So hot that I cannot go and run in the evenings, so I'll have to find a way to go in the morning.  Tonight I'll do P90X cardio in the basement.

Last night I had a horrible eating experience.  I made spaghetti and meat sauce and ate my usual 1.5 cup of it (1/2 cup noodles and 1 cup meat sauce).  Well, about 20 minutes later I cut a piece of cookie cake left from my son's birthday party Sunday and ate it.  My stomach was sooo full I was miserable.  I really needed to puke, but I cannot throw up since surgery.  This is the first time since surgery that I was so full I was sick.  I finally had to lay down and go to sleep just so I wouldn't "die".  It was awful and big wake up call--it is nice to know that even after 2+ years that pouch will scream when enough is too much!

On the upside, I can't even THINK about putting another bite of cookie cake in my mouth!!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice grilled chicken marinara
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-grilled bratwurst, salad

Dessert-frozen fruit bar

Stay cool and have a great day!

Welcome to the loser's bench!  You are in for an amazing time--enjoy the process and remember it isn't a quick race, it is a lifetime journey!

Let me know if I can help with anything., and keep walking and sipping!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!  We had a busy one.  We started the weekend Friday evening with my DD and her fiance--we grilled steaks and hung out and DD and I made homemade salsa.  Saturday got up and ran 4 miles, mowed the grass, baked a cake then spent the evening at a friend's house grilling and hanging out.  Sunday was our older son's birthday, so we grilled out again and had the family over.

Today's eats:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs, NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-BBQ from Jim and Nicks (lunch meeting)
S-watermelon
S-Chobani
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

Dessert-frozen fruit bar

Exercise:  Tonight is weights (arms/shoulders) and abs (P90X)

Have a great day!!
