Topic: Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
I hope everyone had a great weekend! We had an impromptu party of Friday (DD and several of her friends came by and we grilled), Sat we saw the new Harry Potter movie and yesterday we pressure washed the back deck and all the furniture and the rug...it looks so nice and clean now!
Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights bagel breakfast sandwich
B2- a few bites of grilled chicken
S-Nature Valley granola bar
L-leftover Hamburger Helper (the one made with whole wheat noodles)
S-nectarine
S-Chobani
D-pork chop and cauliflower
Dessert-frozen fruit bar
Tonight is P90X upper body and ab workouts.

Nope. There are only a few in the country. You'll have to travel. Where are you in AL? If I needed a revision I would go to Rabkin or Keshishian.

I'm fairly new to AL myself, relocated from Atlanta, Ga. Do you know if Dr. Dennis Smith does an RNY to DS Revision?

Imitrex doesn't help Bob either. The key to it all is first gettin under control then taking the meds faithfully to stay in control. Louise has a good point about TMJ. Many people have it and do not even realize it. Worth checking on.
I know one thing--If I sleep on a real thin pillow I will get a migraine. I have to sleep on two pillows and the top one is a floppy one. I tuck it under my neck for support.

Could it possible be related to TMJ? My daughter had migraines and has to wear a mouth peice ever night. She also goes to chiropractor for adjustments. Hope you find some help soon I know how bad she has hurt.
