Love Publix too ,,,I didnt know they did that coupon thing ,THey are pricey so that is a good thing . We dont have a Publix in podunk here but getting one soon .. Closest one is in Bham ..
I like to get rotissere chicken , debone it and make chicken salad ,,,,Best in the world ,,If you want a non chunky chicken salad , put in food processer and pulse for a little bit ,,,,NOT much and then add other stuff .
It is wonderful.

I fixed chicken and dumplings for the family. I had cereal (still not wanting to eat). Tomorrow I'm going by the Farmer's Market for some fresh veggies.

Kim, have you tried the MOJO rotisserie chicken from Publix? It's awesome. I love all their chicken and for those that can eat fried chicken, it's the best fried chicken I've ever eaten (well, next to my Mawmaw's). They have the most moist rotisserie's in this world. I can handle it better than any other meats by far. All of Publix deli and bakery items are THE BEST EV'A! I love their chicken meal deals and you cannot feed a family of 4 any cheaper when they have them on sale. Oh and the Publix brand splenda tea is even better than Milo's. The list could go on and on. Oh and their couponing policy is wonderful too. They stack coupons. That means you can use a Publix coupon, a manufactorer's coupon AND get this....another store's coupon (Target, Winn Dixie ect...) Keep on keeping on and TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART. He will never let you down even when everyone else does, even yourself.

Good luck to everyone and their weigh in day. I have the horrible habit of weighing daily and I don't know if I can ever break my scale addiction!
B: Coffee
L: 5 oz. grilled fish, shredded cabbage, and 1 soft taco shell
S: Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte...Iced
D: 3 oz. deli chicken and one slice cheese on a deli thin bread
S: Handful of Almond Granol Energy snack....from walmart
S: Banana
S: Protein Bar
Work has been crazy and my eating is off today!

We are having grilled pork chops, potatoes, and baked beans. We are not cooking big meals here at the beach. And I am not cooking at all except for breakfast. Just wish I could move down here, well maybe if the real estate market will pick back up.

Me, I am making turkey bacon BLT's on toasted whole wheat.
I've come to realize that my recent weight gain has probably stemmed from eating too many chicken nugget happy meals with Christian this summer. Man, I can't wait for school to start back so I can get some rest and lose some weight. LOL (just kiddin')

Good Morning!!! its hot as heck here in Decatur. Im roasting already. Bossman wont turn the air down and my office is the only office with all windows so its HOT. He's leaving shortly and it'll be freezing in here!
B-cookies and cream protein shake
L-chinese. general tsos chicken or sczehuan chicken. shared w/ a coworker, its her pick this time and those are the only 2 i eat lol
S-click protein shake if needed.
D-leftover meatloaf, 1 fried green tomato and black eye peas. i also have 2 bites of blackened catfish i will probably eat so it doesnt get throwed out. the big box for the little peice is taking up room in the fridge.
tomorrows weigh in day and while i think i've done good. im still nervous. its really scary and such a battle for me. i want plastics in december so bad, so i have monthly goals i want to meet and its scary the "failure" in me is gonna come out...i totally feel like i failed WLS and ate around my RNY. its all about being honest with yourself and i think im finally there.. i've found since eating better and not depriving myself i get full quicker. i immediately stop eating when i get that full feeling and put the rest in a box. something i use to not do i'd continue to pick and eat until it was gone or i couldnt hold anymore and was miserable.
sorry for the ramble.
Because its raining like HELL outside, we are ordering pizza. my day has officially changed to
L-2slices fiery hawaiian pizza
D-protein shake to make up for lunch. lol
