Topic: WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?
i feel like im going to pass out. still.
i was sitting at my desk working and all of a sudden i got light headed and shaky feeling.
why? what happened?
im now eating a pack of peanut butter crackers bc i was thinking it was possibly sugar issues? i just feel like i need to lay down. 6 crackers later and i still dont feel any better. now i just ate carbs i didnt need and it didnt make me feel better.
i dont know why today would be any different tho? except i didnt eat much lunch bc it made me feel sick, it was either cooked too long or grissley but after 3 r 4 bites i couldnt hack it.
any help?

Good Morning! I did 4 laps last night, my legs are kinda sore today. like the shin muscles? i dunno the fronts of my legs hurt haha. I feel GOOD tho!!!!
B-Body by Vi shake sample i was sent. w/ banana packet. --i didnt like i'll stick to MY protein plan!
L-chinese. splittng with a coworker probably general tso's chicken. its fried so i wont eat but 3 or 4 pieces. cant do the fried stuff well but thats what the coworker loves. i dont eat enough chinese to buy my own and i cant stand it leftover, makes me sick every time.

D-grilled chicken or steak-small salad

My week has started off to be a good week. Well the only bad thing is that I miss my handsome little guy's. My house is to quite and a lot cleaner, neater, and things back in their place. I am jumping back on the bandwagon with the protein and water. I would like to lose a few pounds, just got to detox from all the carbs and sugar. We can do it!!!!!!!!! Hope that things get better and less stressful for you.

Good Tuesday morning. I hope everyone is doing well. It's been a stressful week for me already. I just can't seem to get a grip on my eating habits. I will start back to work next week, so that should sustain my eating/grazing greatly. I am looking forward to getting into a routine. I've had Christian ALL summer since the day I got out of school. He's been a real live wire. No wonder I'm stressing and grazing. I feel like I RUN off all the calories, but apparently NOT. :( Oh well, I hope you all are doing well. Drink tha****er and get in your protein. I am speaking to myself as well.

Last night I did 3laps around the track. just over a mile. 5laps equals 2 miles. The lady im walking with wants to build up. and then in about 3 weeks we're going to start doing the C25K thing. should be interesting.
B-protein shake: 1scoop BSN vanilla, SF pumpkin pie syrup, 1oz FF cream cheese, water and ice
L-goin to a new place, they dont have a menu online so im not sure. something protein packed!
S/D1-Click protein before ball
D2-2 bacon wrapped cream cheese and jalapeno chicken bites. recipe follows.
I'll be walking 4 laps tonight, maybe. Aubrei got a bad blister so i dunno if she's up for the 4 but i'll walk atleast 3
Bacon wrapped cream cheese jalapeno bites
8 BLSL chicken tenders, cut in half.
3oz cream cheese. softened
1 jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
8 pcs of bacon, cut in half
in a ziploc bag pound chicken breast thin. put cream cheese in middle, then jalapenos, roll up. roll bacon around and secure with a toothpick . continue until all is done. grill until bacon is done! these are fabulous. next time i'll use a lil more cream cheese.
have a good day!

I had egg muffin whole wheat with PB and coffee.
Chicken salad for lunch on half a whole wheat Pita and dinner was chicken ,fresh green beans and small amt of brown rice
I had 2 cups of frozen 50 cal yogart that tastes just like ice cream iof you freeze it.

Oh and 30 minutes of intense exericse and tomorrow is ZUMBA ....YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
