I didn't get to exercise like I normally do, and of course had to eat out most of the week, so weight is up a couple lbs today. Gotta be really good this week! Need my protein and veggies!
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-steak (a few bites leftover)
L-Salad with grilled chicken
S-cherries
S-Chobani
D-Salmon and veggies
Exercise: I'll go down and do P90X later this morning. Tomorrow I'll run and cut grass and Sunday I'll probably do yoga.
Tomorrow is DD lingerie shower and bachelorette. She invited me and some of my friends....we are going to have so much fun!! I hear there will be a stripper so I'll send yall some pics!!

Have heard that dehydration can do that to you. Are you getting enough water, fresh veggies and fruits? I know it makes you not feel well.

L: Cheeseburger with extra pickles and only top portion of bun, unsweet tea
D1: 1 c. stir fry veggies with chicken, 1 chicken egg roll
D2: Same as D1 :)
S: Handful of Doritoes, p-nuts, and walnuts
S: Protein Bar
Exercise: 2mile walk.
i havent had a BM all week. My stomach rolls alot, like i could use the bathroom but i NEVER can. whats causing this? i've never been an every dayer but all weeek is a little much.
What can i take to help solve this problem?
B-chocolate coconut protein shake
L-chicken breast, steamed veggies, slaw
S/D1-leftover lunch
D2-chocolate coconut protein shake
I'll walk 2 miles or more tonight.
tomorrow is weigh in day and i really wanted to lose 5lbs this week to put me at my 10lbs a month goal. i started the second week in July on this and so i wont be terribly bummed if i dont hit it, i mean thats 10lbs in 3 weeks. if i hit 3lbs or more i'll be OK. this walking should really help with getting the weight gone bc i feel like i've been eating MUCH better. the protein shakes in the morning really start my day off on the right foot. i know knot everyone is for protein shakes but its creature of habit in me that just loves them. I've bought a surplus of Sugar Free syrups and its fun making different concotions!!!

I have done that a lot when my blood sugar or blood pressure gets too low. Even if I am dehydrated I will do that. And have dumped like that before.
Always a good idea to get it checked by a Dr.

Back at work. Today is my Monday...GROAN>>>
B: 1/2 blueberry bagel, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 c. diet cranberry juice
S: Coffee and slice of roast beef
L: Chicken Egg Roll....found frozen ones with all white meat chicken...only 11g total carbs and 11g protein....not too bad for an egg roll. 1/2 c. fresh veggies and three olive hummus dip
D: 1/2 roast beef and cheddar on diet whole grain bread
D2: Same as D1 plus veggies and hummus
S: Pure Protein Protein Bar....chocolate deluxe
Walked 1.5 miles. Lazy day. Had to do laundry and house cleaning this morning. Made a spontaneous trip to Pigeon Forge on my days off to see my parents, sister-in-law, nephew and niece! Took the kids to Dollywood's Kids Funfest. Got home last night. Very tired but so worth it!
