 I hate that about your AC. it never happens in the winter does it? LOL. 

I got to work today and realized i forgot my lunch :( 

B-protein shake. used a new protein powder today thats flavor is "vanilla cake mix" 
L-roasted chicken salad from Subway
S-4oz mojo chicken
D-boston butt thats in the crock pot! yum!

I'll be walking 2-3miles tonight while Jayden practices.

I came home to a broken AC yesterday, so I'm at the house waiting on the repair man.  Why does it always break at the hottest time of the year???!!!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice meal, watermelon
S-Chobani
D-not sure yet

Exercise-P90X arms and shoulders (normally I'd run, but the heat is too bad for me to run outside)

Today has been a good day so far.    Trying to kick the carb monster to the curb, it had been kicking my butt last week.

B-  1 ready made pancake with 3 slices of ready cooked bacon
L-    1 small plain hamburger from McDonalds with less than than half of the bottom of the bun
D-    Will be chicken with a few dumplins
S      3 peanut butter crackers
Still trying to get in my water and will have my 64 oz in before bed and a large tea from McDonalds. 
Not to bad,  it could be better.

B-strawberry protein shake
L-? either click or a salad from somewhere my nerves arent letting me eat today.
D-same as you! baked chicken tenders on top of a salad. or grilled chicken

I've got to run to the grocery store after work. so im going to grill tonight hopefully. Jaydens missing football today but then tomorrow e start back tue, thurs and fri. so no other time but tonight.  we were gone all day yesterday and it thru my grilling routine for a loop LOL!!!

OMG!  What a blast we had Saturday.  Unfortunately most of the pics cannot be posted on the web.....I'll try to find a couple clean ones I can share! 

Eats today:

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast 6 oz (I nibble on this until lunch)
L-leftovers from last night-pork chop, green beans and some rice
S-Chobani
S-watermelon
D-"fried" chicken salads (I'll bake some chicken fingers to put on them)

Dessert-frozen fruit pop

Exercise:  Something with weights today.  P90X

It is going to be hot this week!!  Drink tha****er!!!

S:  Coffee
L:   1 slice pizza, 3 boneless hot wings
L2:  1 slice pizza
S:  1 plum, 3 bites cake (retirement for a co-worker)
D1:  Cheeseburger xtra pickles
D2:  Protein Bar
S:   White cheddar popcorn, handful of nuts
S:   Slice of pizza

I have had the same issue a couple of times, every time turned out my intestines were kinked as well! If you take your laxitives and get your water in and are still having issues be sure to let your Dr know because it can be a real issue! I know its no fun - feel better!

You realize that other "issue" you are having will make you retain fluid....and well, the obvious that is "stuck" in there....and that adds weight...just sayin...have a good weekend...hope things get moving for ya!

 Some protein shakes can cause constipation.  Hot weather causes dehydration even if you are drinking the normal amount of fluids.  Stop the shakes or switch to a different kind and up your fluids.  Add lemon to your water.

Each of us are different but if you are at day 5 try taking a laxative to get some action

 I weighed and was only down 1lb. i REALLY upset about that bc i started exercising, and i didnt do ANYTHING different in my eating. whatever. i cant get discouraged and just need to keep on trucking but i am bummed.

D-goin to dinner w/ my mom and stepdad, not sure where.

Have fun at the bachelorette party, most definitely send pics!!!
