Good Morning! i cant get goin this week. overlsept again this morning. :(

Didn't get to run last night because it was thundering and lightning....but at 8:00 DH and I were able to go out and walk the neighborhood....it was nice and cool at that time.
Eats today:
B1-1/2 piece ww toast with PB and banana
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-1 slice pizza and salad, nectarine
S-Chobani
D-not sure--will have to find something when I get home...getting my hair did tonight!
No exercise tonight

Its raining like heck here!! Had a great weekend. Sunday i weighed and was down 2lbs which put me at my 10lbs gone for the month! Made me pretty excited.

Sorry so late--the site was having issues.....
Busy weekend! Saturday got up and ran 4 miles, then mowed our yard, then mowed my friend's yard, altered a bridesmaid dress and then grilled out. Sunday was a little less hectic-did an hour of yoga/stretch then went to Sams.
Leaving Sat for a week at the beach! Can't wait!!
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-Grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-Cherries
S-Chobani
D-steak and corn
Dessert-jello with pineapple
I'll probably run tonight.

Topic: Runway Models Needed for New Orleans OH Event!
Hello from OH Events! Time is drawing near for our September 9th and 10th OH event in New Orleans at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Canal at Bourbon! We need runway models for our closing party fashion show on Saturday night! Please email your high resolution "before" photos to[email protected] and we will put them all together for a fantastic slide show presentation!
If you don't have pictures, just send us your name, surgeon name, type of surgery and (optional) weight lost so far. Then show up with an outfit that you want to be photographed in! This may appear online or in our OH magazine, with your permission of course!
Please send them in right away! We want this to be a wonderful event! Tell your friends!

Been grilling like a fool! My lemon pepper wings are pretty good!
Buy however many packs of wings or the drumettes (this is what I use cuz no one in my house eats the "flapper" part of wings) you want to fix (I usually fix 4 packs of the drumettes)
The night before, put into a large container with a seal tight lid and add: all measurements are guesses....I just pour stuff in!!
1 full cup of dry lemon pepper seasoning
Garlic (fresh 6 toes crushed or tbsp powder)
1 cup of sliced pickled jalapenos and then 1 cup of the jalapeno juice
1 cup cooking oil
several cups of vinegar (I use 1/2 white and 1/2 apple cider)
1/2 cup lemon juice
Cover and shake container to mix it well. Refrigerate overnight and make sure you shake the container ofen to spread seasoning around.....grill on high heat-you'll want to blacken a bit.
Enjoy!!

wow! what a day. what a week. lets just say im SO glad its almost over!!!!
I lost a pound. i guess its better than a gain but i've been trying so hard (or i think i have) so one pound is disappointing. i thought 3lbs a week should be EASY to do with eating less and walking 4 days a week.
