Been in Virginia this past week and back to work today !
B: 1 slice toast, 1 egg
L: 1 toasted onion bagel with cream cheese and ham
S: 100 calorie pack of cocoa almonds, unsweet tea
D: turkey, cheese, and spinach sandwich
S: Handfull of party mix, mozzarella cheese stick
S: Fresh pineapple and cheddar cheese popcorn
Exercise: 20 min of swimming (really just treading water),and a 2 mile walk.

Will go walking tonight, gonna take the dog since Jayden is going to my aunts.

This morning the air was nice and slightly cool....just a gentle whisper of the Fall that will be here before we know it! Looks like the beach temps will be in the high 80's next week and not the miserable 100's so that will be awesome!
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-grapes
S-Chobani
D-Salmon and veggies
Dessert-jello with pineapple
Exercise: I'll run this evening.

Happy 7! Those ear infections can be "fun" to deal with. Take it easy and get well soon. Congrats on the loss!

Well, Sunday was my 7th year mark. Been a long 7 years and so much has happened. Seems like I am the drama king with something going on EVERY year!!
Home from Dr. Ear infection and temp. Laying around with drops in my ears. Never had an ear infection before. I'm going to be fine though!! This too shall pass. I've weathered worse storms and HE has always been there! ALWAYS!!
On a good note, I have lost 11 pounds in ONE MONTH!! THIS IS GREAT!!! Now, 18 more to go!!
I CAN DO THIS!! YOU CAN TOO!!

Topic: New Beginnings Support Group
Next Tuesday August 16th at 6PM we will be helping Dr. Freeman and his staff celebrate their 10 years of doing WLS. We would like to invite all of his former and present patients to come and join us for the night. The celebration will be held at his office in the RMC Physicians Building in Anniston. Bring a covered dish that is weight loss friendly and the recipe to share. Drinks and paper proudcts is provided. Message me for more info.
