I used Dr. Freeman for my RNY in 2003.   Are you using Dr. Freeman for your surgery?   If you are you will not sorry.  If you have any questions I will try and answer.  I wish you the best.

Congrats on your 2 lb loss!  Not sure how far you are from your goal but it will come off  :)

B:  1/2 bagel with cream cheese, 2 strips LF turkey bacon
S:  Coffee, 6 pnut butter crackers
L:  cheeseburger with extra pickles, unsweet tea
D1:  1 c. grilled chicken and spinach alfredo, 3 grilled shrimp
D2:  Going to be same as D1!
S:  Banana and 100 calorie pack of almonds
S:  Dannon Lite and Fit Diabetic friendly yogurt

Exercise:  20 min swimming at pool and 2 mile walk!

 Im soooooo glad its Friday, tomorrow is almost here :) 

I weighed this morning. down 2 lbs. its coming off slowly but surely. i guess thats ok!

B-protein shake
L-turkey sandwich w/ provolone cheese and tomato
D-who knows at this point. its football night and if Js done good at school he gets to pick whats for dinner lol. if we eat at home i'll have a jalapeno ham and cheese rollup.

I'll be walking at football. Last night i did 9 laps. 10 laps in 4 miles but my foot was killing me so i didnt do another lap. rubbed a blister on my big toe. :(

Busy nite at work for me.

B:  Homemade Breakfast Burrito.....high protein wrap with lf turkey sausage, eggs, cheese, onion, jalapenos, and salsa!

L:  1/2 banana

S:  Coffee and Dannon Lite and Fit yogurt (5g Protein and 2 g sugar)

D:  Grilled Chicken and Spinach alfredo, 4 grilled shrimp, 4 slices grilled squash

S:  100 calorie pack of Coaco Roasted Almonds

 sorry to post and run but works calling but i didnt want to forget about whatcha eating today so here's my food. i hope you made good choices and moved that booty! Im ready for Kim to get back!!! 

B-protein shake
L-buffalo chicken salad from subway
D-slice of jalapeno ham and  a cheddar stickster wrapped up 
D2-protein shake after ball

3 mile walk/jog tonight.

 We will also be having a clothing exchange.  Bring your gently used and fresh smelling  clothing and exchange them for something in your size.  Everything in the exchange is FREE 
 Bring unused purses, shoes, neckties and any other item others might can use.

 Several members have used a surgeon in Tuscaloosa.  I am not sure of his name but Stacy Martin used him and was very pleased.

I used Dr Dwight Baker in Dothan.  There are also Drs Feagin and Owen also in Dothan that are excellent


There is also another surgeon in Birmingham that members have loved is

 Every year (had lots of conflicts and did not have it this year) usually around April there is a big get-together at Oak Mountain State Park near Birmingham.  Anyone that wants to bring clothing for an exchange is welcome.  We usually have a "fashion show" along the wall showing off their new outfits.
