Had an AWESOME time at the beach.  No rain the entire week.  Couldn't get in the Gulf much--too much seaweed and jellies.  I got to run a few times while down there and it was fantastic.  Danced the night away at the Florabama...that was one heck of a workout!

Wont be able to exercise tonight since I've got dinner plans.  Will run tomorrow.

Thanks. I do trust Tim and Dr. Freeman. They have been wonderful with this aggravating band lol. I am glad it isnt too painful.. I have had 2 csections and hysterectomy so as long as its not as bad as the last one lol..whew.  Thanks for your # I am sure I will be calling! :)

Dr. Freeman did my RNY a little over 3 1/2 years ago. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner. I did not have any post-surgical problems. I had had many prior open abdominal surgeries, but was still able to have the laproscopic RNY. The only thing I did have was the usual from eating too quickly, trying to eat too much, or just eating the wrong things. I still occassionally have the foamies or frothing if I don't chew properly.
If I had it to do over, I would use Dr. Freeman again.

Melissa I have no regrets what so ever.  I had RNY the 22nd will be 8 years.  I have no big problems just some of the things that they tell us about like the frothing, eating to fast and not chewing good.  If I had it to do over Dr. Freeman and Tim would be the one that I choose.  I will PM you my phone # if you want to call and talk.  I will be than happy to answer any question that you might have if I can.
