TGIF!  And I only worked 3 days this week!

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches, and 1 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-Chobani
S-grapes
D-steak and veggies

No exercise today-I'll run tomorrow, and do weights on Sunday.
