Hello all!  I was finally able to workout last night...but only for 45 minutes....tonight I'll go run. Each day I'm getting a bit better.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice steamer
S-1/2 banana
S-cutie
S-protein bar
D-Salmon and veggies

Dessert-s/f jello with fruit

Meeting with plastic surgeon today for consult about my stomach.....Have a great day!

Hi Kim.  Hope your PS consult went well!

B:  2 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg w/ salsa
S:  Coffee
L:  1 beef and bean burrito
S:  oat and honey granola bar
D1:  1/2 Ham and Cheese sandwich, Spinach salad with grape tomatoes and baby portobella mushrooms.
D2:  Same as D1!
S:  1/2 banana, handful of potatoe chips

Exercise:  2 mile walk this morning :)
