Did anyone watch Smash? I didn't think it lived up to the hype, but we'll see. Good singing talent.

B1-1/4 cup cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1 slice whole wheat toast
B2-5 grilled lemon pepper drumettes
L-roasted chicken and 1/2 cup cream corn
S-Chobani
S-fresh pear
D-not sure, going out
wont exercise tonight...date night.

Yea! It's Tuesday and I made it to post on the right day!
Coffee first thing. Make it while I get the hubs off to work and cook an egg for my daughter.
B was a shake made with coconut milk and 1/4 of a frozen banana
L will be ground venison with veggies and cheese
Dinner will be a shake, I have a new class starting tonight and dinner won't be Ready before I leave.
Will have some roast chicken when I get home.
Snacks will white bean protein cookies and yogurt if I want it.
Yoga and a walk today. It's beautiful out!
