Looks like it is heating up again here in Bham!  My back and chest muscles are killing me from that workout yesterday....I hadn't done that one in a while (my least fave). 

Eats today:

B-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Kashi bar, banana
L-Cheesecake factory--I'll split something with a co-worker....and yes, I KNOW I'll get cheesecake!
S-I don't think I'll have one because of the CHEESECAKE
D-salad with baked chicken fingers

Dessert-think I'll skip it....you know why!

Exercise:  tonight I'll run 4 miles when I get home........TO SWEAT OUT THE CHEESECAKE!!

 Good morning!  Getting my water in.  Already been excercising too.  Thank you for your encouragement.  My day yesterday was this.......

Water all day and some coffee, but mostly water
S- 1/2 cup spaghetti, 1/2 lettuce w cheese and tbsp of italian dressing, tiny (HONEST) piece of a bagett slice and didn't eat it all.

I CAN DO THIS!!  25 lbs ........you are coming OFF!!

 please remember not eating screws up your metabolism, especially if your exercising your body needs fuel. eat protein packed meals. 3 small ones a day if you cant get more than that. i do 3 "meals" and one "snack" most days. as long as i watch my carbs and keep them really low, i've been dropping weight. slowly, but surely.

 Tonight we have to go grocery shopping. I want to go to Publix but i need to go to walmart, so i may just pick up a few groceries while im there to last us thru the week and then go on sunday to publix. J has to take his lunch to PAWS and we're out of stuff!!!

B-chocolate coconut protein shake
L-2 chicken fingers and a small salad
D-?? i dunno. 

wheni have things out of my routine is when i screw up. I obviously make the wrong choices in "fast food" hence all this weight gain. but i didnt lay anything out to cook. we have taco meat and spaghetti sauce at home. i may make a taco salad on lettuce at home!
