Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

Looks like more rain today--which means the grass will be even longer by tomorrow when I have to mow.....oh well, it is better than a drought!!

I weighed this a.m.--down a lb since last week, still within my 5 lb goal range.  I know I'm sweating out some weight each week with this heat!!

Eats today:

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
B2-Oikos Greek yogurt and Kashi bar
L-pizza
S-cherries
S-slim jim
D-grilled pork chops (didn't cook these yesterday-had leftover spaghetti instead) and cucumber/tomato salad

Dessert-none since I'll have a drink this evening.

 i've tried replying to yesterdays post twice and it doesnt take. lets see if this works for today.

b-1scoop vanilla protein, sf orange syrup, ice
L-pork salad
S-leftover pork salad?
D-steaks w/ salad and maybe baked sweet potato? we'll see. this could change if it rains we may go out to dinner.

I need to get my butt in gear and start some sort of exercise program.  I am looking forward to getting back to my walking with in the next few weeks,  now that I can put my foot back in a shoe.  I was so thrilled about 2 weeks ago when I put on a pair of dress shoes and  did not limp from the pain.  Any ways here is today so far

B-  1 microwave pancake with 3 slices of microwave bacon
l-     will be 1 slice of toast with shaved ham.
D-    will be out got the kitchen clean

Beach bound and will walk on the beach next week for exercise.

Got up early and went to the gym. Walked on treadmill and did some ab work and free weights.

Food for the day:
B - egg beaters and canadian bacon
L - salad with some grilled chicken on top
S - 50% cheddar cheese and a small protein bar
D - will be more grilled chicken and something to go with

Slept til noon today :)  Working til midnight tonight.....gotta love work on the weekends.....NOT.

B:  1/2 croissant with egg, cheese and turkey bacon
S:   Skinny cinnamon dolce latte
L:  same as breakfast
S:  6 pnut butter and crackers
D:  mozzarella cheese stick, dannon diabetic friendly lite and fit yogurt, 2 pieces beef jerky
S:  Pure Protein Bar


Exercise:  still in a funk.  Got to get moving come Monday!
