Very busy day for me! Kim, thank you for doing these daily accountabilities! They help keep me on track!
B: 1/2 egg mcmuffin, unsweet tea
L: small hamburger, small diet coke....at the zoo b4 work!
D1: slice toast, 3 oz. grilled steak, salad
D2: same as D1
S: 6 pnut butter with crackers, fresh peach
S2: handful of almonds, 1/3 of a banana
Exercise: 20 min of yoga stretches.
