Happy Tuesday!  It is a great day--gorgeous weather--I have on my first official Spring dress and sandals today.

Today's eats:

B1-1/2 c cottage cheese and NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine herb roasted chicken, banana
S-Cashews
D-red beans and ham/sausage

Dessert-coffee

I'll do P90X weights tonight--ran last night

Haven't been good about posting lately.  Life has been hectic!

B:  1 tea biscuit, 1 scrambled egg, 4 TBSP gravy
S:  Coffee
L:  Chicken stir-fry
S:  6 crackers with pnut butter, sf pudding cup
D:  2 boiled eggs, 1/2 c. bbq chicken
S:  banana

Getting in lots of walking.  Even bought some "toning" tennis shoes.  Hoping it will help my legs and butt!

Let me know if they work!  I've been intrigued by them but didn't want to spend the $ until I personally knew someone that used them and found they worked!

I don't knw if there is much hope for my butt!  It may already be toned but I can't tell under the saggy skin!
