Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?

OMG!  I got my P90X+ DVDs yesterday and I was only able to do 1/2 of one......this is so much harder than regular P90X! 

I'm going to log my food a little different so you can actually see the meals the way I eat them....

Food today:

B1 5:00 a.m.-1/2 cup cottage chesse with NSA peaches, 1 slice ww toast
B2 8:00 a.m.-2 oz salmon and 1/8 cup broccoli
L 11:00 a.m.-Healthy Choice chicken pesto classico
S 1:00 p.m.-nectarine
S 2:00 p.m.-Chobani lemon yogurt
S 5:00 p.m.-a few cheese and crackers before I workout
D 7:00 p.m.-baked chicken and veggies

Dessert-coffee

I'll do something cardio tonight....maybe I'll try the P90X+ cardio workout....I'm scared!!
