Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising??

I guess I'm going to have to exercise tonight since I missed the past two nights...I usually take Friday off.  I'll do that first, then enjoy my Friday night martini!  I weighed today--down a couple lbs this week but still in my 4 lb range.....I do think I'm settling nicely into maintenance.  I was much more "aware" of mindless grazing this week and put the brakes on--I asked myself before I ate anything...."are you really hungry, or just bored???"

Food today:
B-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-WW salisbury steak and asparagus, grapes
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-leftovers--roasted chicken, brocolli, ww stuffing

Dessert--probably none since I know I will have a martini tonight!

I'll probably do the Nautilus weight machine tonight.  Tomorrow I'll run.  Have a great weekend everyone!!

I'm in Atlanta most of next week for work but I'll have my computer so my daily post may be off from the normal timing.

I will do some time on the elliptical.

B-1/2 chicken biscuit
L-3 hot wings, few bites of slaw, 2 bites of tater salad
D-leftovers from last night-stroganoff, corn, green beans, slaw.

I walked 20 minutes this morning before lunch.  WE walked 1 hr at lunch and will walk again for 20 min before i go home today.

Adkins Advantage shake for lunch.
