Thursday! Whatcha Eating? R U Exercising??

I feel puffy today--I even weighed myself a day early to see if I'd gained, and I haven't--but I feel puffy.  Probably because I drank beer last night and didn't EXERCISE!! 

Tonight I'll do something cardio, probably P90X Kenpo.  I have to go to the grocery and make banana pudding for my son since he graciously volunteered to bring some to work tomorrow.

Food today:
B-Kashi cereal and skim milk
S-Kashi bar
L-leftover cobb salad from Dinner last night
S-clementine, honey yogurt
D-roasted chicken from Publix and a veggie

Today is arms & shoulders, and ab ripper X day!  So you already know what kind of workout I'm about to get.  My entire body will be sore today.

B - Bagel Thin, wheat w/ 1 TBSP garden vegetable cream cheese
S - Chobani blueberry
L - Catfish fillet w/ salad (low cal salad dressing)
S - Kashi Bar
D - Rib Eye Steak and salad
S - Cocoa roasted almonds and 1/2 banana

Looks like a very good protein day!  Remember, if you get hungry (as we do after those big workouts!) have some extra protein like a boiled egg.

B-scrambled egg sandwich

thats all ive had today and its almost 430. we arent going to dinner tonight going to eat leftovers in the fridge. so it'll either be pizza, lasagna, ham, taters, corn, green beans, or the 3 crab legs left. none of it sounds good so i just may not eat lol
