Wednesday! Penny Item at Publix! Whatcha Eatin? Exercising?

Today is grocery day for me (after work).  Last night I jogged (the weather was awesome!) and my broke down Ipod played music, but I have retarded ears and the stupid right earbud kept falling out....I HATE EARBUDS!  They feel like hot pokers in my ears.  When I get my new Ipod, I'm gonna find me some good earbuds that wont fall out!  Of course I couldn't see what I was selecting, so I "jammed" to Martina McBride and then Simon and Garfunkel!  I'll probably do a stretching workout tonight...I'm pretty sore from running and the P90X workout I did Monday.  Tomorrow is Bunco so I wont work out again until Saturday.

Food for today:

B-1 hard boiled egg on 1/2 ww eng muffin with a little light mayo
S- guess??  Kashi bar
L-some kind of Lean Cuisine
S-grapes, Chobani peach yogurt
D-roasted chicken from Publix and a veggie
Dessert-NSA ice cream bar

Today has been a challenging food day for me. My protein smoothie just wasn't cutting it this morning. I had a hard time drinking it -it just wasn't what I wanted! So, after about 1/3 of it, I said to heck with it, I'm going to break out the turkey bacon. I am always in a time-crunch in the morning and whatever I eat has to be pretty soft right now, so I thought it would work.

B - 1/3 of my protein smoothie and 4 pieces of turkey bacon
S- none
L - Tuna Salad
S - Slim Fast
D - Huevos Ranchero (eggs & FF refried beans with diced tomato, green chilis, onion and 2% shredded cheese in a WW tortilla)

Cottage Cheese with SF Applesauce and a dash of cinnamon was one of my fast staples.   If you like Cottage Cheese and applesauce....lol.
Turkey Bacon was a good choice!

Ok.   Rest of my day:

L:   Ham and Swiss on Crackers, Diet Black Cherry Juice
S:   100 cal/7g sugar Nutty Bar
D:   ?   May eat some baked spaghetti made with ground turkey when I get home.   Made it and left it in the oven before I came to work.
S:   More coffee, handful of almonds......found some that are skinless with Olive Oil and Sea Salt....they are delicious!
