Tuesday! Whatcha eatin? Exercising?
I was a lazy bum last night! The first day back at work after vacation, and I could not get my butt off the sofa! I cooked dinner, we ate, then we stayed on that couch until it was time for bed! Tonight I will go running--the Race for the Cure is October 9th and I have to be ready to do it!
Oh! and yesterday was one of those eat everything in sight days! I could not get enough to eat--which scares me, because if I did that every day, I'll bet that scale would creep on up! Gotta put the clamps on the lips today!
Today:
B-1/2 cup cottage chs and NSA peaches, 1/2 english muffin
S-Kashi bar
L-LC four cheese cannelloni
S-Oikos organic honey yogurt
D-baked chicken breast (3 oz) and cauliflower
Dessert-flavored coffee
Gotta make a big ole batch of nanner puddin tonight to bring to work tomorrow....we are having an employee appreciation luncheon, and the managers have to bring dessert....we are ordering pizza for lunch, so I'll end up eating a frozen dinner because pizza doesn't really agree with me.
Yall have a good day, and if I don't run tonight I guess I'll have to blow up the couch so I'll be forced to either sit on the floor or get off my hiney!

I've been walking in the form of shopping so far. I haven't done any planned exercise yet because I've not felt up to it. I'm not sure how "with the norm" I am...I'm 2 weeks post-op, so surely I'm not supposed to be hitting the gym hard yet!
However, I am excited to set up my wii fit again. When I bought it a couple of months ago, I couldn't use it properly because I was over the 330lb weight limit. I had to do some tricking to get it to let me use it. Now I can reset my profile since I have lost 27lbs! YAY!

Oh, and BTW--I went into my food journal and added the rest of the stuff I ate yesterday--every single bite--and I was just under 2,000 calories for the day--I thought it would'be been much worse!

Not a great food day for me so far.....no breakfast then straight to a lunch that didn't have many healthy options......a southern buffet.....I am beating myself up mentally for going.....

L: few bites of: meat loaf, chicken leg....fried but no skin, collard greens, 3 pieces okra, 1/4 c. chicken cheese rice casserole thing, bite of macaroni salad and spaghetti salad, 2 bites watermelon, 2 bites strawberries and grapes, more unsweet tea
S: Venti Skinny Iced Vanilla Latte
S: P-nut butter crackers, soy chips, water
D: Brought left over Spaghetti with Meatballs......going to eat the meatballs and ditch the spaghetti.
S: SF Choc Pudding
Definitely got to up the protein tomorrow! At work so getting enough exercise!

Thanks! I had to have the Kelly green dress when I saw it--and it was on clearance for $15!! Yes, you can make an almost sugar free version of "nanner" puddin:
1 lg box of sugar free vanilla pudding
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk (this has the sugar in it)
2 1/2 cups skim milk
3 large ripe bananas
1 regular tub sugar free cool whip
1 box Murray's sugar free vanilla wafers
cut the bananas into small pieces. In a large bowl mix the milk, pudding, sweetenend condensed milk. Then mix in 1/2 tub of cool whip. Now add the cookies and the bananas and mix well. Pour into a pretty serving dish. Cover with remaining cool whip and refrigerate overnight....then eat! I can eat about 1/2 cup and no problems!
