We have several places in town that teach Zumba. I went last night for the first time and it was a real workout. I had to go slow because of my coordination. It sucks!!! I have to be shown one step at a time and repeat it over and over before I can actually do it. I might look into the DVD though. That way I could work at home and not hold everybody else up. Good idea!!

Good for you for getting out there. We are all harder on ourselves than anyone else would be. You are not as large and unco-ordinated as you imagine. Have fun with it!
Yoga is great for reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and actually helps with strength and toning. I like it a lot but it has been a while since I have done it. I'd like to find a beginning class to start with.
