Hump Day! Whatcha eating? Exercising today?

I was LAZY when I got home yesterday....my daughter decided not to come and work out and hubby didn't feel like it, so we had dinner and sat on the couch!  Tonight I must do weights......

B-Kashi cereal and skim milk
S-piece of a grilled chicken breast with hot wing sauce
L-kraut and 1 brat
S-cantaloupe, Chobani pineapple yogurt
D-roasted chicken from Publix and salad

Dessert-probably an NSA ice cream bar

We had football last night and OMG at the heat. Whew!

Yesterday, i varied from my eating plan and ended up snacking last night.

TOM is visiting and i crave sweets and just crap. I dont know how to handle that part. its mainly that week that throws me way off track and well it has so far. How do yall handle that?

todays went to hell in a handbasket. my plan didnt get followed. ive also had 3 oreos :( UGH! CONTROL HILARY...I lost it butive got to find it and FAST.

Today for me is
B-protein shake
S-ritz bits cheese. i shouldnt have had these but the damage is already done, i had som cheetos too.
L-cottage cheese and tomato or some chef salad ( i had a low carb burger and 3 FF)
S-protein shake
D-left over sketti

It is 3am and I have only been home for an hour and 15 min!   WHEW.  What an evening.  Very tired.  Not to mention that I have PMS and feel very fatigued.

B:  Breakfast Burrito with salsa
L:  1 c. fresh veggies with dill dip, 6 cheese cubes
S:   1 small apple
D:   1 beef patty and one slice of tomatoe on a whole wheat bun
S:   coffee, coffee, and more coffee.....had to stay awake to drive home......now, can't go to sleep!  It is a vicious cycle for me.  LOL

Exercise:  Walked 6 miles in the miserable heat.  I think I have sweated 1/2 of my body off so I am drinking lots of water now to replenish.
