D-Salad with sandwich ham, cheese, carrots, tomatoes. i dont really like salad veggies but i love salad, wierd i know.
Thats my day. Im thinking of starting the 5DPT on Monday. i dont know why i feel i always have to start on a Monday, but ive done it that way numerous times before. it does help me get back on track and to finally feel restriction again.
I too ordered P90X i should have it by first of next week. Im also determined to get on my elliptical 3 times a week. something is better than nothing!

Hey Hilary!! I just got through with the 5DPT or pouch reset as I like to call it. I needed to do it to get off the carbs. I completed it on Monday. It worked. I was actually able to go to Pizza Hut today and only eat the topping of the pizza. I did not have 1 bite of crust or any cinnastix and I love the cinnastix.
I am like you in that I usually have to wait until Monday to begin anything, but I knew I had to get off the carbs and right away.
I also have just ordered the P90X. I should have mine Friday. I would so like to wait until Monday to begin doing it, but know that if I wait, I won't begin. I am going to try and begin on Friday after it arrives.
Glad to see you posting what you eat. It does help. I have recently just began to keep up with my calories and protein only. I usually don't get enough protein. The 5DPT changed that.
