Hot hot Thursday...Is anyone moving? Eating?
It is too hot for me! I ended up eating a grilled chicken greek salad at McAlister's last night...then had to do the weekly shopping at Publix to get my penny item! No exercise yesterday, and I might stroll on the treadmill tonight but probably wont because I'm giving blood this afternoon and I think they tell you not to exercise for 24 hours?? We'll see.
Today's food (it is never too hot for me to eat!)
B-1 slice double fiber bread with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure-going to a Japanese restaurant
S-fresh cherries and Chobani yogurt
D-baked salmon and green beans
Dessert-frozen fruit bar or watermelon....which ever I feel like at the time
There's a baby shower here at work today with all the usual "nibbles"....I'll try to stay out of them!
I'm also going to have a big ole martini cuz I'm meeting a friend after work for a drink....she has a friend that is a Wachoal rep and has free loot for me....sample sizes that I can actually wear!

Have been doing ok getting in my exercise. I do A LOT of walking. Even at work ...probably getting in 3 miles a day at a minimum. Plus all the move settling, house cleaning, etc. that goes along with moving....yes - I am counting that as exercise! lol

B: Scrambled Egg with cheese, slice of toast, and 4 oz. Trop 50 Pineapple Mango Juice
S: Lite Banana Creme Yogurt
L: Salad with Chicken and cheese, toast, and water
S: Unsweet Tea and PNut butter and crackers
D: Left over Turkey Burger with Swiss Cheese, slice of tomatoe and onion, water
S: Banana and water
I am working EW (4p-Midnight) and that actually makes it easier for me to meal plan and stick to it. I have to pack what I am going to eat which helps me control my evening eating :)
