Good Morning! Is everyone melting??
At 8:30 last night I put on the running clothes, grabbed the Ipod, loaded Michael Jackson's greatest hits and I hit the pavement. It was STILL blistering hot, even after dark! My neighborhood is quite hilly, but I managed to run 1/2 of it....and speed walked the rest...it is 3 miles and I finished in 45 minutes....not setting any records, but I didn't pass out!
Today:
B-1 slice double fiber bread with PB and 1/2 banana (although I only ate 1/2 of it....wasn't that hungry)
S-Kashi pumpkin spice flax bar
L-Lean Cuisine lasagna and some salad
S-cherries, Chobani yogurt
D-steak with sauteed onions/mushrooms and green beans
Exercise will be P90X weight workout and abs in the nice cool basement!
