Alright, it's a new week. Time to begin anew and forgive the mistakes you made last week. You get another chance to make something happen.
Get up! Get on those scales! Write down your STARTING weight! That's right your starting weight! You are starting today for this week. Slap it on the wall in your face in front of those scales and say....by friday I WILL BE DOWN 1 POUND! Not 5, not 10, not 15....just one. If it ends up being 2 or 3 or even more; GREAT! But all of us can lose 1 pound in 5 days!
Set your goal for today. No less than 64 oz. of water today! I WILL MOVE for no less than 20 minutes in some form of exercise!

Hide from the high calorie low nutrition foods and focus your thoughts on losing that extra pound!

You are up bright and early. I tried to sleep in but that didn't work out. I still was later up than you.
I did get on the scale this morning. Luckily it was not too UP!!! I made fudge for my husband and granddaughter and of course I had to eat some. OK, maybe a lot. I have been walking, yes in this heat, and doing my core work. I guess that is my saving grace.
I will be down a pound by Friday.
I will eat my protein.
I will leave the fudge alone and the potato chips (great combo)
I will walk and do other exercises. (I am working through a knee injury)
I will drink my water and leave those diet cokes alone.
