Whatcha Eatin Today/What Exercise ya Doin?

Okay friends!  Lets be accountable for what we put in our mouths today! 

B-1 egg, 1 slice Kraft cheese and 1 slice double fiber toast
S-Kashi bar
L-hot & sour soup, egg roll and a few bites of cashew chicken and rice
S-Chobani Greek yogurt-peach
D-red beans with sausage/ham
Dessert-s/f pudding

Exercise:  P90X cardio workout

So. Today. i didnt do good but tomorrow is a new day and i'll do better
B-Sausage and Cheese biscuit
L-few bites of bbq chicken salad, few bites of a bbq pork potatoe.
S-100calorie bag of kettle corn
D- who knows.
