Medicaid and WLS.... Drs in ALABAMA? (xpost)

I was needing to know if there are any dr.s in ALABAMA who accept MEDICAID for WLS.

*I have a family member who is desperate for surgery but only has medicaid. I was telling her about OH! and how supportive you all are and that I would ask you guys for input!!!*

Good morning.  I had my surgery 6 years ago and had insurance but I think there are some doctors in Mobile that accept Medicad or Medicare.  I don't know it that is the area you are interesed in.  If it is I will find out the names of the doctors for you.  Let me know.

Hi.  I do not have personal information about this Dr. but it is his group that did surgery on a friend of mine who had medicaid.  I think you will be on the right track beginning with this group.  Hope it helps!!!
