Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone.  Yep, the start of a new week.  Mundane Monday?  NO!  Lets go out and make it the BEST Monday of our lives.  That's the challenge for today.  Don't let today be the start of just another week.  Just another Monday.  Make it a great day.  Make it special.  Do something out of the ordinary.  I dare ya to do something to make today great.  You'll feel good and the day will go by quicker. 

So, what cha sippin' on this morning?  I'm up, enjoying the quiet time and my Folgers of course.  My cabinet is STILL full of flavored coffee, but I have got to where I love my Folgers and like Maxwell House.  Just what hits me in the morning.  HAHA!  Y'all know me and my coffee.  Headed to the gym to make this day special and something for me today.  LOL

Good morning my friend!!!!  I just finished my coffee and am going to water now.  Me, John B. and Candace have begun getting back on track this morning.  I can do ALL things through Christ who stregthens me, therefore, the rest of this weight is leaving.

TODAY is the day ...just tell yourself that all day and eat your protein girl...easier said than done but if you eat that first it is easier to walk on past the cookie  speaking from experience
