Wooo-Hooo!!!!!
Oh my gracious! Im floating with excitement. I went back to the very basics this week. I had to get my mind and body back on track and im so proud to report that it was very worthwhile. I have lost 7lbs!!!!! I have got my portion control back on track and think i am finally motivated to lose this 40lbs!!!! I have a great incentive to do it by end of May, altho im not sure its a reasonable goal. Im shooting for 10lbs a month still. Wish me luck!!
Thank you both :) I have been tracking my daily food intake on livestrong.thedailyplate.com. its got a lot of neat features. Ive been eating about 800-900 calories. Thats a drastic cutback from the way i was previously eating. I just had to get my mind back on "think about this before you put it in your mouth".
