Hello Alabama board friends...
Went to the Dr this morning and got a BIG ole shot! Was already feeling better--hope the shot and medicine the Doc gave me gets me well quick.
How is everyone's day going/ I had to weigh at the Dr office and I have lost four pounds. Glad the scale is moving again. Haven't been able to work out since Friday and not able to eat all I am supposed to eat--hope that doesn't cause this body of mine to shut down again. OH well, this too shall pass.
