What are you eating today?

Breakfast:  Banana and peanut butter on toast.

Lunch and supper will be left over pot roast with potatoes and carrots.  Low sugar cookie for desert.

Will be drinking flat diet coke and hot tea most of the day.

I am three years out and am currently at my lowest weight.

B- 1 pc of toast ( I did not eat Maxies biscuits)
     2 pc/ bacon
     a small amount of SF syrup

L- Chicken baked and a little rice.


D- left over Chili
 a couple of crackers

I will just bet that Maxie's biscuits were a temptation.   From what you say, he is a great cook.

Yes they were, but I did not eat one. Most of the  time the milk in them makes me sick. Dont know why! I did have some SF Choc. pudding, and a spoonful of SF coolwhip. He is a very good cook.

I have had:
B - 1/2 biscuit 1 egg 1/2 piece of sausage
L - 1/2 piece of pizza
D - ?
S - flax seed cookie

Ha! I did the same as you for breakfast!  Banana and low fat peanut butter on whole wheat toast.  For lunch I had Chick Fil A's grilled chicken sandwich - threw away one slice of the bread.  Supper - not sure... might splurge and have a slice or two of pizza - the California Pizza Kitchen white pizza is kind to my system.  I am NOT at my lowest weight and I have no exercise goals at all.  Probably why.....

Took Biscuit for his Christmas Sugar Cookie Spa Treatment at Petco in Meridian this morning.  Have only a coupe more Christmas presents to buy, house to clean and maybe decorate a bit more....

Musically, I have church services Sunday, a Taize sservice Sunday evening then Christmas Eve Lessons and Carols.  Then I'm done and will get to relax for a few days.

Sounds like a full day.  I also am reading what you all are eating and think I am eating too much these days.  It does help to see what others are eating.
