Feeling blue and alone!!

I agree with you totally!  On a good day I usually accept things as they come.  I was just really down and teed off at the same time.  After I had my PITY PARTY and shared my vent I was so over myself. :-)  As I told Carmen...I went back and read my post and couldn't believe what a DRAMA QUEEN I was...even posting in blue font instead ofmy regular teal.  What can I say...poor Connie...boo hoo hoo.

I was mad at Richard for doing what I felt like was not standing up for himself with his boss.  I was stepping on his boundaries and I know better. I just completed a Boundaries group and I had been doing really well.  A relapse. 

You are also right that I needed he rest and also there was a reason for us not to go around Olivia and Evie.  Richard is sick...coughing, sneezing, etc... We don't need to take anything over to her.

Thanks again Karla.  We can always depend on getting the real scoop from you.  And as usual you hit the nail on the heac!!  God is in charge!!

Connie-how refreshing it is to see a woman who loves her man so much and worries about how he is being mis-treated.  I hope he thanks God everyday for you!  Take a deep breath and focus on one thing at a time....it will all get done, and what doesn't didn't need to anyway!  Hugs to you!

Hi Kim,

When you've been with someone all of your adult life...he becomes a part of you.  I think he does appreciate me as much as I appreciate him.  We've been married since we were 17 and 20 years old...going on 39 years!

I am doing much better today.  I actually needed a break yesterday and he was sick when he came home, so we didn't need to go around Olivia and the baby after all.

I like the way you think!! LOL  I normally would have done just that, but I don't know the Pensacola area and I do not do well driving in the rain.  So I wimped out on going alone this time!!

I was just in a POOR ME mood yesterday.  They don't happen often and usually when they do, I keep it to myself.  Actually I'm glad I didn't this time, because reading what I wrote helped me to put it all in perspective and the responses I got from my old friends and some wonderful new friends also helped alot.  I didn't feel so alone anymore.

I feel great today and thanks for your response.  It helped a lot!! PITY PARTY is officially over!!! LOL

Connie, I always feel blue and alone during the Holidays as well as lots of other times.  I am always here to talk to if you ever just want to pick up that phone and talk to someome.  Love you my friend.  Take care and keep in touch.

Hi Loretta, I know what you mean.  During this time of the year it is too easy to think about those who are no longer with us.  Instead we need to focus on those who ARE still here and those who Love and Need us to hold it together to have a wonderful holiday season.

My PITY PARTY is over for now, but thanks for the offer.  I will remember that when and if I have another.  I appreciate knowing you are there.  The same goes for you...ya know.  I enjoyed the chat on FB the other night.  I was kind of in and out of sleep so I hope it made sense.  LOL
